There are many things in life which may be challenging for people. 

Feeling stuck, having confusing and difficult emotions, relationship problems, juggling work stresses, pain and long-term illness, difficult upbringing and life experiences, feeling lost and stuck are just some of the things that people come to see me about.

I firmly believe that everyone has the inherent ability to become their own therapist and that my role, whatever the issues are is to help facilitate you finding psychological well-being, long term emotional and behavioural change and growth through understanding, questioning, reflection and encouragement.
