Pre-Session Assessment
Before we begin, you'll complete a brief pre-session assessment to help you tune in to your:
- Current relationship with food, weight, and self-worth
- Emotional patterns and triggers
- Inner beliefs and self-talk
- Goals, intentions, and areas of resistance
This gives us a clear, compassionate starting point — and helps tailor your journey with even more precision. You'll revisit it again at the end of the programme to reflect on how far you've come.
