The Weight Within is a private 6-week one-to-one programme that helps you gently and powerfully shift your relationship with food, weight, and yourself — not by force, but by creating emotional safety, body trust, and a new identity rooted in self-worth.

We’ll uncover the beliefs and protective patterns that keep you stuck, and we’ll work with them — not against them — using tools from neuroscience, parts work, EFT, visualisation, and compassionate psychology.

You’ll be supported to move beyond the surface of food and weight — and into the healing that actually lasts. — not by force, but by creating emotional safety, body trust, and a new identity rooted in self-worth.

Together, we’ll uncover the beliefs and protective patterns that keep you stuck, and we’ll work with them — not against them — using tools from neuroscience, parts work, EFT, visualisation, and compassionate psychology.

Before we begin, you'll complete a brief pre-session assessment to help you tune in to your:

  • Current relationship with food, weight, and self-worth
  • Emotional patterns and triggers
  • Inner beliefs and self-talk
  • Goals, intentions, and areas of resistance

This gives us a clear, compassionate starting point — and helps tailor your journey with even more precision. You'll revisit it again at the end of the programme to reflect on how far you've come.
