Work with me:
Different kinds of support for different moments in life
There are different ways to work with me, depending on the kind of support you’re looking for and how you prefer to learn.
You might be looking for individual therapeutic support, practical tools for something you’re struggling with, opportunities to learn and explore in your own time, or the connection and continuity of an ongoing community.
Where would you like to begin?
ONE-TO-ONE THERAPY
Individual therapeutic support
Sometimes you need the space to talk things through with an experienced therapist who can help you understand what is happening, what may be keeping you stuck and what might help you move forward.
I’ve been working as a psychotherapist since 2005 and bring together a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches according to the individual person and what they need.
My 1:1 practice is currently full.
If you would particularly like to work with me, you are very welcome to join my waiting list.
Would you prefer to start therapy sooner?
You can also explore the Psychological Health Navigator Find a Therapist directory.
The therapists listed there are experienced, accredited practitioners whom I supervise and am happy to recommend.
TOOLS FROM THE THERAPY ROOM
Practical psychological tools for the moments you need them
You don’t always need a whole course or ongoing support. Sometimes you simply need the right tool for what you’re experiencing.
Tools from the Therapy Room is a growing collection of practical, affordable resources based on the approaches and tools I use in my therapy work.
Each collection focuses on a particular difficulty, so you can choose the support that feels most relevant to you right now.
COURSES & GUIDED LEARNING
Learn, reflect and explore in your own time
Sometimes a little space to reflect, understand yourself better or try something practical can be enough to begin creating change.
Here you’ll find free resources alongside more in-depth courses and guided learning that you can explore in your own time.
COMMUNITY & ONGOING SUPPORT
A little more continuity and connection
If you would like something more ongoing, there are two ways to stay connected and supported through my work.
Soul Pause
A gentle space to pause, reconnect and come back to yourself
Soul Pause is an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and make a little more space for you.
Through regular guided visualisations, you can slow down, settle, reconnect with yourself and create moments of calm and reflection in your week.
Your membership also gives you access to the Summer House, a growing library of visualisations and supportive practices you can return to whenever you need a moment to pause, reset or simply be.
A gentle, accessible way to make your psychological wellbeing part of the rhythm of everyday life.
Soul Worth
A deeper space for psychological wellbeing and personal growth
Soul Worth is my small, supportive membership for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, nurture their psychological wellbeing and reconnect with themselves and what matters.
Through monthly teaching and circles, weekly audio’s, practical tools, reflection, visualisation and the warmth of an ongoing community, Soul Worth offers a space to keep exploring, growing and putting what you are learning into practice in everyday life.
I intentionally keep Soul Worth small so that it can retain that sense of connection, warmth and being part of a genuine community.
