a place to come back to yourself

Soul Worth

There are seasons in life when we realise we have become disconnected from ourselves.

We may have spent years caring for other people, meeting expectations, keeping everything together or trying to be the person we thought we needed to be.

From the outside, life may look perfectly fine. Yet beneath the surface, we can feel tired, uncertain, anxious, unfulfilled or increasingly distant from the person we once were.

We may know that something needs to change, but not know where to begin.

Soul Worth is an ongoing soul led membership for women who want to develop a deeper, kinder and more trusting relationship with themselves.

It is a place to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters to you.

Not through pressure, performance or another list of things to complete, but through thoughtful teaching, therapeutic practices, guided reflection and the support of a warm community of women travelling alongside you.

At the heart of Soul Worth is a simple belief:

I matter. My voice matters. My needs matter.
My joy matters. My soul is still here.

more than a membership...

What is Soul Worth?

Soul Worth brings together more than twenty years of my work as a psychotherapist, alongside the approaches and practices I have found most helpful in creating meaningful and lasting change.

It is not simply a course to complete.

It is an ongoing space in which you can learn to understand yourself more deeply, respond to yourself with greater compassion and begin to make choices that feel increasingly aligned with who you are.

The work is experiential rather than purely educational.

You will certainly learn new ideas and practical tools, but Soul Worth is not about collecting more information.

It is about noticing what happens inside you.

It is about understanding the patterns that have shaped you, recognising the ways your mind and body have tried to protect you and gradually developing a different way of relating to yourself.

One of our members described it beautifully:

"It's amazing how it percolates. You just carry it around with you. This programme is running inside you. It's not loud, but there are lovely moments of insight and clarity."

The foundations of Soul Worth

Our work is grounded in four central pillars of psychological wellbeing.

Discovering your internal compass

It can be surprisingly difficult to know what we genuinely want.

Many of us have spent so long responding to other people's needs, opinions and expectations that our own inner guidance has become difficult to hear.

Within Soul Worth, we explore your values and the feeling-states you want your life to embody.

Rather than organising your life solely around goals, obligations or outside approval, you begin to identify the qualities that help you recognise when you are living in alignment with yourself.

You might want your life to feel peaceful, connected, spacious, creative, courageous, joyful or free.

These feeling-states become an internal compass.

They do not tell you exactly what decision to make, but they help you recognise which choices move you towards the life you want to inhabit.

Understanding your nervous system

Many of the responses we criticise in ourselves are not signs of weakness or personal failure.

Anxiety, shutdown, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism and self-doubt can all develop as ways of trying to find safety.

When you understand what your nervous system is doing, you can begin to work with yourself rather than constantly battling against yourself.

You will learn how stress and safety are experienced in the body, how your protective responses developed and how to widen your capacity to stay present when life feels difficult.

This is not about remaining calm all the time.

It is about developing a greater sense of internal steadiness and learning that you can support yourself through moments of discomfort, uncertainty and change.

Developing a healthier relationship with yourself

Many women have learned to measure their worth through what they achieve, what they provide for others or how well they meet external expectations.

When worth becomes tied to performance, there is always another standard to reach.

Soul Worth offers a different foundation.

We explore what it means to accept yourself as a whole human being, including the parts you find difficult, vulnerable, contradictory or unfinished.

You will be encouraged to notice the tone of your inner voice, soften patterns of self-criticism and develop a relationship with yourself that is grounded in compassion rather than judgement.

This does not mean abandoning growth or personal responsibility.

It means creating change from a place of respect for yourself, rather than using shame, pressure or criticism as your motivation.

Moving from rigid to flexible thinking

The way we think has a powerful influence on how we feel and how we respond.

Rigid beliefs often appear as demands:

I must get this right.

Other people must approve of me.

I should be coping better.

Life should not be this difficult.

I cannot bear uncertainty.

These beliefs can intensify anxiety, shame, anger and hopelessness.

Soul Worth helps you notice these patterns without turning your thinking into another thing to police or perfect.

You will learn how to question beliefs that keep you stuck, hold a wider perspective and respond to life with greater emotional and psychological flexibility.

The aim is not relentless positivity.

It is the freedom to think in ways that are realistic, compassionate and supportive.

Making space for soul and spirit

Soul Worth also makes room for something that can be difficult to define but deeply important to experience.

The part of us that longs for meaning.

The part that responds to beauty, stillness, creativity, nature, connection and wonder.

The part that can become lost beneath responsibility and routine.

You may think of this as your soul, your spirit, your inner life or simply the deepest and most authentic part of you.

There is no particular belief system you are expected to follow.

You are invited to connect with soul and spirit in whatever way feels meaningful and appropriate to you.

For some women this may involve a spiritual practice. For others it may be found in nature, music, reflection, creativity or the experience of feeling fully present in their own life.

Soul Worth is not only about managing difficulties more effectively.

It is also about remembering that you are allowed to feel alive.

Who is Soul Worth for?

Soul Worth may be right for you when you recognise that you have spent a great deal of your life placing other people first.

You may be someone who appears capable and dependable but privately feels anxious, overwhelmed or uncertain.

You may have lost touch with what you want because you have become so accustomed to adapting to everyone around you.

Perhaps you are moving through a period of transition, illness, bereavement, relationship change, retirement or a growing awareness that the life you have built no longer fully reflects the person you are becoming.

You may want to develop stronger boundaries but worry about disappointing people.

You may understand many of your patterns intellectually but find that insight alone has not changed them.

Or you may simply know that you are ready to make more room for yourself.

You do not need to arrive with a particular problem to solve.

You do not need to be in crisis.

You only need a willingness to become curious about yourself and to begin listening to what may have been pushed aside for too long.

As one member reflected:

"I rarely made time for myself before. Now I realise how important it is to pour into your own cup. I used to need external validation for every tiny decision. Now I rarely seek other people's advice."

Another shared:

"I've almost been trying to escape myself my whole life. Since doing the work, I've discovered so much about myself and why I'm the way I am. I'm learning to have more self-compassion and am starting to find the real me again."

A monthly live masterclass

Each month we explore an important theme in depth.

The masterclasses combine psychological understanding, therapeutic teaching, personal reflection and practical tools you can begin using in your own life.

Themes may include nervous system regulation, self-acceptance, values, boundaries, relationships, confidence, identity, emotional flexibility, joy, meaning and living in greater alignment with yourself.

The sessions are approximately 90 minutes and are recorded, so you can watch the replay in your own time.

Weekly Soul Notes

Each Monday you receive a short therapeutic audio practice.

Soul Notes usually last between 10 and 15 minutes and alternate between EFT tapping, guided visualisation, reflection and nervous system practices.

They are designed to help the month's teaching move beyond intellectual understanding and become something you can feel and experience.

You can listen on Monday or return to them whenever you need them.

A monthly Soul Map

Each theme is accompanied by a thoughtfully created workbook.

Your Soul Map gives you space to reflect on the teaching, explore what is arising for you and begin applying the ideas to your own life.

It is not homework.

You do not need to complete every page or work through it in order.

Some months you may write a great deal. At other times one question may stay with you for several weeks.

The workbook is there to support your process, not measure it.

A live monthly Circle

The Soul Worth Circle is a community gathering rather than a teaching session.

It is a place to pause together, reflect on the month and share as much or as little as feels right.

There is no expectation that you speak.

You are welcome to listen, reflect and simply be present.

A monthly question and reflection space

You will have an opportunity to bring questions, thoughts or experiences that have arisen through the month's work.

This allows us to explore the teaching in a more personal and practical way while also learning from the reflections of other women.

A private WhatsApp community

Our private community offers a warm and supportive place to remain connected between live sessions.

This is where weekly content is shared and where members can reflect on what they are noticing, celebrate changes and receive encouragement during more difficult moments.

There is no pressure to post or participate.

You can be present for as long as you need, without ever posting a word.

One member described the group as a secure and supportive community in which women can share their feelings, uncertainties, shifts and steady advances.

Seasonal reflections and meditations

At the equinoxes and solstices, we pause to mark the changing season.

These gatherings offer an opportunity to reflect on what is ending, what is beginning and what you want to carry with you into the next part of the year.

Complimentary access to Soul Pause

Soul Worth members also receive access to Soul Pause, my weekly guided visualisation sanctuary.

Soul Pause offers a space to settle your nervous system, step away from the demands of the week and reconnect with yourself through guided imagery, rest and reflection.

There is no falling behind

This is one of the most important things to understand about Soul Worth.

There is no falling behind.

There is no catching up required.

You do not have to consume every piece of content or complete every exercise to benefit.

Each masterclass, Soul Note and practice can stand alone.

You can return when life allows.

You can move towards Soul Worth when you need more support, and let it wait for you when your attention is needed elsewhere.

Some months you may engage deeply. During others, you may simply listen to one short audio or attend a Circle.

You are still part of Soul Worth.

Soul Worth is designed to meet you in real life, not in an imaginary life where you have endless time, energy and emotional capacity.

A safe and deeply human space

The atmosphere of Soul Worth matters as much as the content.

You will never be pressured to disclose personal experiences, perform vulnerability or become someone you are not.

You decide what you share.

You decide how deeply you participate.

You are trusted to know what feels right for you.

One member explained:

"What is different about Soul Worth and Beverley's teaching style is how she genuinely creates a safe container. I don't feel pressurised into being someone I am not. I feel really seen and accepted for who I am."

Another member, who joined during an extraordinarily difficult period, said:

"The tools Beverley has already taught us have been key to me getting through the hardest time in my life with dignity, grace and, above all, self-worth. I wouldn't wait for a life crisis like I did."

These reflections capture what I hope Soul Worth offers.

Not a dramatic promise that everything will change overnight, but a steady, compassionate process through which you begin to understand yourself, trust yourself and meet your life differently.

What might begin to change?

The changes that happen through Soul Worth are often quiet at first.

  • You may notice that you pause before automatically saying yes.
  • You may recognise that anxiety is present without allowing it to make every decision.
  • You may speak to yourself more kindly after a difficult day.
  • You may begin to identify what you need rather than waiting for someone else to notice.
  • You may set a boundary without spending several days questioning whether you were wrong.
  • You may make a decision from your own values rather than immediately seeking reassurance.
  • You may discover that rest, joy and pleasure do not have to be earned.

Over time, these small internal shifts begin to affect how you live, work and relate to the people around you.

One member described feeling that her inner compass had guided her through a particularly stormy period with greater ease.

Another, who joined while facing significant health challenges, said that Soul Worth was helping her rethink her life, make time for herself and develop new ways of responding to anxiety and uncertainty.

About Beverley

Beverley Harper, Psychological Health

I am Beverley Harper, a psychotherapist with more than twenty years of experience supporting people through anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, loss, transition and the complex process of becoming more fully themselves.

My work draws on evidence-based psychological approaches alongside nervous system understanding, EFT, guided visualisation, mindfulness, compassion-focused work and reflective practice.

I created Soul Worth because I wanted to offer women more than a single course or a collection of information.

I wanted to create an ongoing place of support.

A place where psychological understanding can become lived experience.

A place where women can explore what has shaped them without being defined by their past.

A place where they can build a healthier relationship with themselves while also rediscovering joy, meaning and the parts of themselves that may have been neglected.

Soul Worth brings together the work I have spent my professional life developing, but it is also deeply personal.

I know how easy it is for capable, caring women to disappear beneath everything they carry.

I also know that it is possible to return.
