Intro to Beverley Harper's Four Pillars of Psychological Wellbeing.
Intro to Beverley Harper’s Four Pillars of Psychological Wellbeing.

I’m Beverley and I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2005. I’ve helped hundreds of people explore their worries and fears, in order to live a more full and healthy life, free form the emotional drain that comes with carrying those feelings. I firmly believe that everyone has the inherent ability to become their own therapist and that my role, whatever the issues are is to help facilitate you finding psychological wellbeing, long term emotional and behavioural change, and growth through understanding, questioning, reflection, and encouragement.

Exploring a set of four foundational principles, I’m here to help you navigate this process offering simple, achievable tools that can help you get on a path to more calm and clarity, feelings of empowerment, and more capacity to cope.

Pillar 1 • Developing a healthy, flexible mindset

Pillar 2 • Fostering an attitude of self-acceptance

Pillar 3 • Maintaining a deep awareness of personal values

Pillar 4 • Nervous system regulation

Through consciously nurturing these 4 elements, you can start to understand yourself better, approach yourself and others with more understanding and kindness and get clear on what you need in life.

If you’re ready to start, you can join one of my free courses – listed in the ‘Resources’ section of the site.
